Spindle Products
86 models across 9 series — 300 to 150,000 RPM, 100 W to 34 kW. Not sure which fits? Start with the selection guide.
Internal Grinding & Milling Spindles
Engineered for high-frequency operations, our internal grinding spindles run from 9,000 to 150,000 RPM across 30 configurations. Precision angular contact bearings deliver thermal stability and low vibration, from PCB micro drilling through to engine block roughing. Several models are offered with two bearing and interface options so the spindle can drop into an existing machine without reworking the mount.
External Cylindrical Grinding Spindles
Built for maximum rigidity and high torque. Four-bearing sets in the 7011–7020 range hold micron-level accuracy under heavy loads, covering workpieces from sub-50 mm shafts through to multi-tonne rolls. All models drive through a 1:5 taper.

Workhead Spindles
Optimised for high-precision workpiece rotation. Integrated hydraulic clamping and high low-speed torque, for cylindrical and internal grinding from 10 mm tool shanks to 500 mm rolls. Twelve models cover 250 to 2,000 RPM, so the workhead can be matched to cycle time rather than the other way round.
Wheel Dressing Spindles
Thirteen dressing spindles from 0.1 to 2.2 kW and 3,000 to 20,000 RPM. Synchronous motors hold speed under load for CBN and diamond wheels; asynchronous models cover general dressing at lower cost. Mounting diameters run from 40 to 110 mm to fit most grinder brands.
Hydrostatic Spindles with Built-in Motor
Hydrostatic bearings with the motor built into the spindle. The oil film carries the shaft with no metal-to-metal contact, which is what makes sub-micron roundness repeatable shift after shift. A built-in motor removes the coupling and its alignment error, at the cost of a more involved installation than a direct-coupled unit. Requires a hydraulic power unit.

Hydrostatic Spindles with External Motor
The same hydrostatic bearing technology, driven by an external motor through a direct coupling or a 1:5 taper. Keeping the motor outside the spindle body isolates its heat from the bearings, which suits continuous duty. Ten models from 5 to 30 kW. Requires a hydraulic power unit.
Tool Grinding Spindles
Spindles for tool and cutter grinding, including drawbar and self-balancing configurations. Ten models are in the range. We are publishing the full parameter tables from the manufacturer drawings; until they are up, send us the machine and the tooling and we will quote from the drawing directly.
Vertical Grinding Spindles
Spindles configured for vertical grinding machines. Two models are in the range. Parameter tables are being published from the manufacturer drawings; in the meantime we quote from the drawing on request.

HSK63 Automatic Tool Change Spindles
HSK63 automatic tool-changing grinding spindle for unattended production. Specifications are configured per application — send the machine, the cycle and the tooling and we will come back with a build.
Supporting Equipment
Panoramic Monitoring Hydraulic Power Unit
Supplies and conditions the oil film for hydrostatic spindles, with full monitoring of pressure, flow and temperature across every circuit.
Spindle Chiller
Dedicated refrigeration for motorised spindles. Holding coolant temperature stable is what keeps thermal growth — and therefore accuracy — under control through a full production shift.
